I've been looking for a pink cake stand for a while now. I finally found this little
treasure and it was definitely worth the wait. I love the detail in the glass.
I found these little cheese cutters in the same trip and at the same store.
They were just to cute to leave behind.
Since I had my new cake stand I had to put something tasty on it, right?
A little marble cake loaf sounded good and a cinnamon swirl loaf sounded great too.
And of course if you are going to have loaf cake you have to some sort of yummy topping.
Cherries sounded perfect and looked perfect too.
I just love that cake stand! - it reminds me of Depression Glass that I collect. And the cake reminds me of a marble cake that my "Oma" (German Grandma) used to make - beautiful post!ReplyDelete
