Well it's almost Christmas. Wow!
Today I wanted to share a one of our Christmas traditions, Angels.
For many years I've gotten an angel of some kind for Christmas.
I simply love angels, go figure right.
Before our little 2 year old came I had them everywhere, now most are
in storage so they will survive the toddler years, hopefully.
I have a few out that are up high and a couple that were made by hand and
cloth so they don't break when chucked like a football.
So let me show you some of my angels. In my house there truly
are angels all around us.
May there always be angels around you too.
Merry Christmas and all my best wishes for the new year to come.

They are all beautiful, but the third one down, in the red/burgundy, gorgeous! x
ReplyDeleteI love that one too. I have collected so many that it's hard to decide which ones to put out when I'm switching them out. My family room is burgundy so I do love that color. thanks for visiting with me.

What a blessing to be surrounded by all those angels! I remember the years when our tree had just lights due to the ornaments also "being chucked around like a football." Great analogy! Blessings to you today .... here from DYW Wednesday! jules
ReplyDeleteHi Jules
DeleteAngels really do fly around my house, lol. The boys will chuck anything that is stationary for 5 minutes. If it there, it must be thrown. That's why my fragile ones are stored until they are at least 30, hopefully by then they will calm down, lo.
Thanks for visiting with me.

Hi Christine,
DeleteThanks for visiting with me. It is a comforting thought to feel that angels are always around to remind me that I'm being watched over.

Your angels are so pretty! =)
ReplyDeleteI love to collect angels too.
Thanks Melissa. I'd love to see your collection sometime too. I do just love angels. My little guy is to active for me to keep the fragile ones out so I just keep a few here and there. Take care.
