Sweetheart Cupcakes & A Heart for You Apron

I've been doing some baking and sewing for Valentine's Day.

Red Velvet Cupcake with Pink Cream Cheese Frosting

These Baby Cakes are Vanilla with Cherry Vanilla Frosting

This Apron was once my kitchen towel.
It took about two hours to turn it into an adorable Apron.
I used an eyelet lace for the waistline
and for the bottom hem I used a pleated eyelet.

It was pretty easy to create.
Once I decided on my layout all I had to do was cut and sew.
The towel was already hemmed on 3 sides which was fantastic.

I used 2/3s of the towel for the apron itself and the
rest was used to make the ties.

Here is my finished Apron.

This is the last of my Valentine's projects until next year.

Wishing you all a very Happy Valentine's Day.

Angel
