My Command Center is Finished!

I love the eclectic look that my kids helped me choose.
They love all the colors.

We have a short wall as you enter the kitchen from the family room and I normally
just had this little black pantry sitting there so it was out of the way.
I've turned it into a kid friendly area.

Inside I have shelving for shoes on the bottom, a different shelf with bins for
bookbags etcand as you can see hooks on the outside for their little jackets, hats, etc.

I put the menu board on the middle door within reach of the kids so they can
help in writing the menus.  They love being part of the whole process.

The 2 clipboards house list of chores for each person and a shopping list that
I configured to match the layout of our Walmart for ease when shopping.

I used a serving tray to make a cell phone caddy with wires running out the
back and behind the cabinet to the plugin.

There are plenty of hooks for keys and hats on the chalk board also.
I have a clock because I am always very time conscious and like to be able
see the clock easily.  The 7 day chalk board is a great planner to
schedule the kids outside activities so we don't get all our times confused.

Containers for Mail, Bills & Receipts make keeping up with these pieces of paper
much easier and readily at hand if I have a question about a bill or something.

This has been a fun project for me and the kids.
It is very functional for us and I think it will work out well.

I hope I have inspired you a little to get yourself organized too.
