Dryer Vent Fall Pumpkin
You Brew My Tea

I asked Jody to make this Dryer Vent Fall Pumpkin craft for me because it reminds me of someone special in my life.  When I was about 13 years old, there was a teacher that took me under her wing at school.  I helped her set up her classroom, go visit some kids that had struggles, and even deliver items we had collected for donations.  She was a wonderful woman who made a huge impact on me and my life.

32 Wonderful Uses for an Old Iron Rake
Crafts a la Mode

Ways to use an iron rake ...

A few years ago I saw an iron rake head used in a garden to hold food for the birds, as in corncobs, suet, etc. I was fascinated. I still am. I WANT to use an old iron rake head or the whole rake itself for something, anything other than raking the yard. Have I done this? No. Why can't I get it together to do some of these awesome projects I've been wanting to do? Well, for one thing I get waylaid by other more interesting ideas like tassels. Right now I'm into making tassels from embroidery thread. I love them SO MUCH. However, I haven't taken the pictures yet. (That's a big downer-I'm trying to improve my picture taking, too, but it's tough to get good clear pictures.)

Chocolate Cream Cheese Cookie Bars are easy to make and OH SO GOOD!!  They’re made with refrigerated cookie dough which makes them come together in no time flat.   Two layers of cookie dough with a cream cheese layer in between.  What’s not to love!

I know what you’re thinking: Tianna. It’s freaking August. Calm yourself. but I can’t! I’m obsessed with Halloween and if you’ve been following me since last Halloween, you probably already know that. I’m beyond excited for this year and I’m already brainstorming ideas for Halloween makeup inspiration, Halloween costume ideas, Halloween recipes, and even party ideas :) I’ll also be putting together a Halloween shop with tons of fun things for fall and I’ve created a brand new category on my blog for all things Halloween ♥

Cyber safety is a hot topic right now. With all of the stories out there about kidnappings and stalking, it’s not a bad idea to be more cautious of what your children are doing online, especially teens. Teens have many tendencies that may lead them to talk to strangers online, even if they say they won’t, monitoring is always a plus to protect your children.

As a parent, it can be tough to watch your child struggle as a reader. Although most children improve at their own pace there are things you can do to help make your child a stronger reader. Let’s dive into some of those tips

Brownies are one of the most decadent chocolate desserts you can eat!  I must confess…I absolutely love brownies.  They are my chocolate weakness.  The perfect brownie is one that is moist on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside.

How about sticking a piece of decadent chocolate brownie on a stick and covering it with your favorite sauce? I used caramel and chocolate.

I think you guys have realised by now that I´m absolutely obsessed with caramel.. I love caramel (sweet or salty) on anything! Yes anything!

If you have yet to try cream cheese stuffed bread, you are going to want to make this Apple Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bread this fall. Yes, this yummy quick bread is stuffed with a yummy cream cheese layer that blends so well with the apples and cinnamon.

I have really enjoyed creating a more chemical free home using my essential oils. It has become a passion of mine and anyone around me knows I talk about this stuff ALL THE TIME. It has been amazing for our family for treating symptoms of aches, pains and illnesses and creating a cleaner healthier home. One of the main things in our home that I loved was our air freshener plugins. I love the smell of the house always being clean (even if it’s not!). So with my quest to make a more chemical free home, I made some homemade room sprays!
