Melted Minion Waffles

Bargain  Briana

Minions are taking over the world! Even if you haven’t seen the new Minions movie in theaters, you have probably run across some of their merchandise in stores somewhere. The only thing I haven’t seen yet is Minions bath tissue.

s'more fishes
hoopla palooza

i think calling this post s'more fishes is a lot better than fish s'mores.
don't you agree?

cuz thinking about fish s'mores actually turns my stomach but hopefully these will change your mind:

Window, Shelf, and Chicken wire Decor
Christman's Creations

I found this old window in my garage with all the glass out of it. I have no idea where it came from. I couldn't decide for quite a while what I even wanted to do with it, but I knew that I wanted to do something to make it come "alive."

How to Make Basil Butter
The Homesteading Hippy

One of the many herbs I grow in my garden each year is basil. My family can’t get enough of it for pesto, in sauces, capresse salads and more! Today, I am going to share with you how to make basil butter so you can enjoy this delicious herb all year long. I love making basil butter to not only freeze for winter, but to spread on hot, fresh made french bread as well. You can use it on pizza dough; just brush it on before baking. Use it to top hot rolls or biscuits out of the oven. I also like tossing fresh hot pasta with basil butter, and a few chopped tomatoes for a quick lunch. Another great use for basil butter is melting into mashed potatoes or in croquets.

Orange Creamsicle Punch

You guys - today is the day – the county fair has started! I will be in and out of that place until Saturday night, and Anika is there practically all day long with her lamb. She gets there between 6:30-7am to feed it and clean it’s pen, and then she shows it at a different time each day, and then feeds it again at 7pm. Saturday will be the big auction day where I will be holding my breath and crossing my fingers for her, hoping that she can sell it for a good price and make some profit from all of her hard work!

Pin Cushions from Tuna Cans

For the Creative Craft Challenge this month, we are working with cans. Any cans that we can recycle into a crafty idea.

DIY Homework Station
Must Have Mom

School is just around the corner and I’m still trying to figure out how Summer flew by so fast! I’m seeing back to school stuff popping up in the most prominent locations of every store I visit. I guess that means it is time for me to start prepping for all the lovely things that come with back to school such as homework, hectic schedules, the fall of the thermometer and the earlier sunsets. This year I vow that homework will not be the nemesis of my evenings. I will be prepared and I’ll pack myself full of patience. The latter may not hold true but the former will!

Chili Corn Dog Muffins
Premeditated Leftovers

Yes, it sounds insane doesn’t it? Chili Dog Cornbread Muffins may sound quirky and off the beaten path, but at times that is the route to creating something astonishingly delicious. Plus, in my humble opinion almost anything in muffin form is a win. And the really cool thing is, it is so easy and fun to make.

The last few years,   I have found that I like container gardening  better than putting my plants in a "fixed flower bed"    It works better for me to be able to easily move a plant if I want to.    Plant getting too much sun ?....move it.    Need a little color somewhere else in the yard ?....move a pot of color in.
