Hello Friends
Welcome to the Hop
I enjoyed looking at all your recipes from last weeks hop.
There were some really awesome recipes to share so let's do it again.
Today's recipe from me is a quick meal for on-the-go moms.
Yummy Burrito Bake
10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to bake and you have an awesome meal.
Ingredients:
shredded cheddar cheese
taco sauce (we like Ole Elpaso)
frozen burritos (flavor or your choice, we like El Monterey)
picante sauce
sour cream
nacho chips (we love bean & garlic Tostitos)
baking dish and a spoon
That's all you need, soooo easy.
Spread taco sauce on bottom of your baking dish.
Place burritos to fill your pan.
Brush top of burritos with taco sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes then remove from oven.
We eat these with the bean & garlic chips with melted cheese
My kids eat these like they are going out of style, they really are good.
Hope you like them.
Angel
