WE WENT JUNKING
(AND SOME OTHER SHOPPING TOO!)
HOME ON THE CORNER
I was looking for something different to do for this Memorial Weekend, but it seemed like I was just going to do some mundane chores around the house. My husband was going to be working at the softball park, Lauren wasn’t coming home and Haley just wanted to watch her videos. Boring!!! Then as my husband was watching a local baseball game on tv, there was an advertisement for ‘Junk Days’ in a nearby town. Bingo! Something fun and different to do!

Christianity Cove
Serve one ice-cold summer snack to each child in honor of the weeks to come. Then send four more home with a note of hope for lots of growth during summer warm weather. Moms will appreciate it, and kids will think of God’s blessing of summer each time they reach for their ice-cold refreshment!

Double-Sided Fabric Headbands

I've had a few things on my crafting wish/to do list, and this was at the top of it!
My daughter, while she can be very prissy, can also be a bit of a TOM BOY.
She is pretty much fine with just a pony tail every single day.

Homemade Handsoap
Sheena Anderson
Today I am going to share with you some handsoap that we have actually been using for about a year now. I found the original recipe on doTERRA blog. The first few times I made it I did follow the recipe exactly, but I didn’t really love how it felt on my hands. So I changed the recipe up some and now I totally LOVE it!!!!
Lotus Flower Ring Holder

Herbed Sweet Potatoes
Five Little Chefs
Whenever I BBQ I always think to myself, what can I cook as a side dish that requires the grill? Why leave a big open space on the grill when you can fill it with something else that smells delicious! Cooking in foil is one of my favorite ways to make easy recipes. All those delicious juices are trapped inside the foil marinating whatever is inside.

FROG POND COOKIE CUPS
Baby Loving Mama
I’m jealous of those who can bring in homemade treats for the kids at school. Lucky for Kari Stroschein, she can! She recently brought in a special snack for her daughter’s preschool class. Kari considered dirt cups because her daughter loves them so much.
CINNAMON SUGAR DESSERT CREPES
Just 2 Sisters
Cinnamon Sugar Dessert Crepes are the perfect light ending to any meal. Speaking of meals, you know we don’t always play by the rules. We have been known to eat frozen custard for dinner. Why not eat Dessert Crepes for breakfast or lunch?
