Decorating the Front Porch

Wow, time is just flying by.  I can't believe it's so close to Christmas.
I just can't get the front yard and porch decorated.
I got a start on it today but so not done yet.
We live in a small older home that we've lived in for the last 25 years
so you'd think I'd have this down to a science by now, lol.

I did get my wreath made and hung on the front door.
I love angels, of course.  I found this cute little shovel at Joann's with
an adorable little snowman and I love snowmen.

My angel is made of old wood with wire wings and painted.
Again, I love angels.

I had this little wood crate sitting in the garage so I found a
can of my hubby's left over spray paint and added a little red color
to it.  I used a piece of craft paper and twine to add a little
sign for the postman to put packages in.  We order a lot
of our gifts online.

I really enjoy a rocking chair.  It just makes me feel comforted.
I've had these two huge rockers for about 20 years now and they have been
to many colors to name.  This year they are burgundy and work
great on the front porch.  I put together a couple of small wreaths and got
those hung. Of course one has already fallen and I'm out of hook tape, lol.

That's as far as I got today.  Tomorrow I'll work on lights and yard pieces.
I've got to get the cords ran for the light and get some lights up on the porch.

Tomorrow's another day.

Till then,
Angel

    1. I checked and it's still there but if it goes missing I won't think it was you. I might call you to ask if you saw anybody take it while you were trying to get it off the door. It could happen, right?
