Swingset Nightmare

My weekend has been filled with putting together a swingset for Jacob.
It took all the creative and crafty ability I could find to make it happen.
Whoever designs these things must hate parents and just makes up the
instructions to purposely mess with your mind.

We had pieces of wood everywhere.  It of course rained all weekend.
Oh, did I say rain, I meant hurricane downpour like rain.
We should've been building an ark instead of a swingset.

The instructions are like a huge puzzle that you end up trying to
get to fit in what you think is the right place.
We looked like a couple of morons that didn't have enough sense to come in out of the rain.

Anyway my project is our swingset, Ta Da!

Before

After
Uh Huh, Mommas got it going on! WhoHoo!!!

  3. You did a great job Angel, that swingset looks complicated. I always dreamt about having one of those, I guess that I need to wait until I have my own kids. Have a wonderful day.
