Tuscan Blood Orange Body Butter
Hello again from Natalie Loves Beauty! For this month's guest post, I thought I would share a recent skin care gem that I believe deserves some recognition. I reach for body butters mostly during the winter months, but this one I just haven't been able to put down despite summer knocking on our doors. If you are a big citrus fan you absolutely must get your hands on this wonderful product. This was my first time trying anything from Pacifica, and their Tuscan Blood Orange Body Butter could not have been a better introduction. What's so special about it you ask?
Well first off, this body butter is completely natural and vegan, meaning it is super gentle and non-irritating. Without any parabens, phtalates, mineral oil and petrolatum, you can rest assured that you are giving your skin some much needed love. The scent is just divine, and sweet juicy blood orange is just the start. The ingredient list includes cocoa, jojoba, coconut, mango and shea just to name a few. It's basically a mixture of pure essential oils and plant extracts that give it that exquisite aroma. Not only that, but the scent actually lingers! I kid you not, 24 hours following application, I can still smell the butter against my skin - it's that long lasting. This body butter has a thick creamy white texture, and it takes a good few strokes before the white cast completely fades. However, I can look past that because I'm so in awe of how intensely moisturizing this body butter is.
I got mine from iherb.com for $15 since international shipping it so affordable (and I get to try a bunch of new brands and products all in one place). It isn't the cheapest skin care item, but considering how skin friendly the ingredients are, I think it's actually a really great bargain. I already know I will be repurchasing this one again once I'm out!
